Finding opportunity in everything that shines like the stars they are, drawing light from their inner strength, thinking outside the box when dreaming of becoming the best version of themselves. Visions of leadership and accomplishments of manifesting into someone who is successful enough to not only make an impact on themselves, but also on the individuals around them without being afraid of the outcome.
Implementing a growth mindset that values balance in every area of their lives. Learning from mistakes while trusting their individual progress, displaying honesty at all times ensuring accountability, and leadership in an environment every teen and young adult could strive from.
Working in a professional and safe environment all teens and young adults could thrive from. A safe space that is comfortable, clean, and sanitary for all members. ALL employees will go through extensive criminal and educational background checks to ensure the identity of all participants. Security as well as privacy tint will be implemented to ensure that our facility remains a no violence zone. Everyone will be prompted to scan their membership identification card to enter, ensuring everyone's safety.
The Robert Lee WN Foundation does not condone violence of any form or fashion. If so, the local authorities will be notified immediately anytime a staff member or partipant becomes inappropriate, disruptive, or intimidating towards ANYONE. The proper consequences will be carried out along with the aggressor being banned from the facility and all services involved, except emergencies.
While half a million American children are in foster care. Over 40% of foster children will be homeless, incarcerated, or die within the first three years of leaving the foster care system. Robert Lee WN Foundation, Just Us will be providing food, clothing, toiletries as well as referral services for temporary and permanent shelter including emergency transistional and low-income housing, along with other pertinent needs. As an honorably discharged Army Veteran, I founded the Robert Lee WN Foundation, Just Us on August 9, 2021 because I have a passion for teens and young adults and their well-being. I take pride in being an advocate for troubled teens and young adults from my community, accommodating their basic needs as well as sharing the tools to implementing a happy and successful life in a family oriented environment.
Our groundbreaking 1 on 1 mentoring services are provided to every teen and young adult from every background to assist in confidential and consistent communication throughout their membership and beyond.
Providing consistent and efficient therapeutic services to continuously explore the feelings and emotions of all members. The Robert Lee WN Foundation, Just Us Teen Center matches a caring adult volunteer with a referred youth. We implement mental health services in which includes self help along with gratitude therapy training. Dialectical therapy focusing on mindfulness. Behavioral therapy eliminating negative behavior with positive ones. Cognitive therapy to treat mental health disorders and substance abuse. Humanistic therapy to focus on the individual. Client centered and intergrative therapy to implement different techniques that would address the clients needs.
Robert Lee WN Foundation, Just Us Teen Center will form four distinct mentoring programs:
Mentoring Program 1: This is the central program of the Robert Lee WN Foundation. At risk middle school students and their mentors participate in a structured program of support.
Mentoring Program 2: Emphasizing on providing mentoring to student who are chronically suspended from middle and high schools.
Mentoring Program 3: Engages youth involved in the juvenile court system.
Mentoring Program 4: Works with children from local elementary schools.
Exciting job readiness center that includes resume writing, college preparation, mock interviews, and job placement opportunities.
For those in need Just Us Teen Center will provide transportation to and from employment and all other appointments on a first come first serve basis.
An exclusive members only childcare program will be provided to encourage a growth mindset for teen and young adult parents, as well as maintaining an outlet for optimistic and progressive behavior.
Building platforms for abundance and enrichment by offering services as well as resources to motivate and encourage progression through the clients lens. Implementing simple tasks such as registering for high school and obtaining a drivers license. Utilizing funds for GED services so that entry level employment could be an option for all members. Introducing new jobs of interest through various companies to provide stability and a self sufficient mindset for all members. A place where broadening one's horizons by assisting them in earning a degree or becoming the owner of their dream business can become a reality.

Just Us Teen Center has a dedicated and caring team of volunteers and employees. Implementing compassion and empathy to every teen and young adult in which they interact with throughout the Lake County area and surrounding communities. Gaining great satisfaction, and an abundance of gratitude by assisting and encouraging our young men and women on a daily basis, all year around!

Monthly fundraisers will be implemented to ensure the continuous and consistent activities of the program.
Food and snacks will be served daily to ensure adequate nutrition for all teens and young adults.
Daily therapeutic activities ensuring that teamwork and respect is given throughout the program in a positive and beneficial manner at

A unique and welcoming fun time within the program as our teens and young adults engage in competitive and interactive activities such as video gaming with peers to build strong communication skills.
Weekly movie night to ensure inclusion of all young adults and just to enjoy a peaceful evening as a family.
A weekly special, invite only Friday Night Party Night at Robert Lee WN Foundation, Just Us Teen Center to continuously and consistently implement a safe space for our teens and young adults and to allow them to be themselves in an environment that's fun, nurturing, and out of harms way.
Also, Just Us Teen Center will use all monies donated to present a bi-weekly outing to an either educational or simply adventurous time on the town with peers.
The objective is to provide a safe haven that is also fun and inspiring in hopes to change one life at a time. A space that represents a no judgement zone along with an unbiased atmosphere that any teen and young adult from any background could appreciate.
